Greater than two weeks after a girl was attacked with acid in Bengaluru, the police nabbed the 27-year-old accused in Tamil Nadu. The accused, recognized as Nagesh, reportedly threw acid on the sufferer’s face after she turned down his advances.

On April 28, an acid assault case was reported within the Kamakshipalya limits of Bengaluru. The police suspected a love angle within the matter.

Karnataka govt to bear sufferer’s therapy value
