Heavy rainfall continued to lash varied elements of Karnataka, together with Uttara Kannada district, and triggered extreme waterlogging within the area.

HEAVY RAINS LIKELY

The India Meteorological Division (IMD) has issued an orange alert for a number of districts in south-interior Karnataka, predicting heavy rainfall until August 6. The districts embrace Bengaluru City/Rural, Mysuru, Kodagu, Kolar, Ramanagara, Tumakuru. In accordance with the climate division, rainfall is predicted at remoted locations in Bengaluru on August 4.

Heavy rainfall is probably going within the coastal Karnataka area and north Inside Karnataka until August 6.

In the meantime, the utmost and minimal temperatures are more likely to hover round 29 and 20 levels Celsius within the subsequent 48 hours.
