Junior legal professionals have requested Chief Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana to bar senior advocates from mentioning instances.

The Chief Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana on Friday stated that he had acquired a request from junior legal professionals to bar the senior advocates from mentioning instances.

“Yesterday there was a request from junior members of the Bar, to cease senior advocates from mentioning instances for a while,” the CJI stated.

The event got here after a request from Senior Advocate AM Singhvi, who sought to say a case for pressing itemizing. Singhvi’s request for mentioning got here proper after Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal had talked about three issues.
